How is your boat speed? The 5 Essentials are the ingredients you need to improve your sailing including Sail setting, Centreboard, Balance, Trim and Course / Steering. If you've been through our Five Essentials Presentation or Poster, this activity is a great way to test what you've learned.

The activity sheets covers settings for beginners just starting to think about which bit should do what, through to improver standard, where you are conscious of sailing the boat efficiently. Foe ease, there are two sets of sheets aimed and each level individually.
